From July to October 2017, in cooperation with the Nishitetsu Labor Union, a total of 534 Group employees were dispatched 19 times as a volunteer group to the disaster area of Asakura City as part of support activities such as removal of debris and sediment following the torrential rain.
From May to October 2016, in cooperation with the Nishitetsu Labor Union, a total of 436 Group employees were dispatched 9 times as volunteer teams to the affected areas of Kumamoto City and Nishihara Village to help remove household goods, move them, and clear away debris.

Between July 2011 and October 2015, in cooperation with the Nishitetsu Labor Union, a total of 742 Group employees were dispatched 29 times as volunteer teams to the disaster areas of Ishinomaki City, Shichigahama Town, and Minamisanriku Town in Miyagi Prefecture to help clear away rubble and debris.
