For our group, sustainable management means putting our corporate philosophy into practice. In accordance with our corporate philosophy, we believe that we must continue to be a company that is useful to and trusted by society; in other words, we must contribute to the sustainable development of the community as a good corporate citizen.
In the course of our business activities, this means continuing to meet the expectations of our many stakeholders, including local communities, customers, and employees.
The true state of sustainable management is one in which employees are able to unconsciously practice actions in accordance with the corporate philosophy in their daily work.
To fulfill this ideal, our Compliance Policy sets forth the basic rules of conduct for all Group employees, and we have also established policies for each of the other important themes and put them into practice in our business activities.
We have also established and Executive Committee, which discusses important policies and directions on sustainability and assists the President in decision-making, the ESG Promotion Committee, and various other committees to promote sustainable management.
