Occupational Safety and Health Action Plan

We have a Group-wide management system to ensure the occupational health and safety of employees. Each year, we establish Group goals and activity policies for safety and health, respectively.

Mental Health Initiatives

We have formulated the “Mental Health Promotion Plan” to maintain and promote good mental health within the Group. In addition, the Group disseminates information on mental health through its website and posters, and has established an external consultation service to provide individual counseling. Furthermore, regular training is provided to managers to help them understand the symptoms related to mental illness and learn appropriate responses.

Since FY2011, we have been conducting stress checks, and since FY2016, in line with the law, we have been providing interview guidance by industrial physicians for employees experiencing high levels of stress.
