Our housing business has a long history, dating back to 1911 when our predecessor company, Fukuhaku Electric Railway, started a housing business in Fukuoka. In recent years, the company has been active in developing detached houses, condominiums for sale, and seniors’ condominiums, as well as in the Kyushu area, the Tokyo metropolitan area, and overseas.

Large-scale Development Project “Center Marks” project

The Nishitetsu Group is mobilizing its comprehensive strengths to create the “Center Marks District” project in Kashii Teriha, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka. This is an island city that combines a safe living environment with a bus transportation hub. In addition to 511 condominiums for sale, 116 rental condominiums, and 160 seniors’ condominiums, a community center has been established to facilitate cross-generational communication, and a variety of tenants have been arranged to enhance the convenience of living. In addition, the new bus office will improve transportation convenience and promote community development, making it the center of Island City, not just for a place for residents. In addition, as a new initiative, the AI-based on-demand bus “Knowroute” has been in operation since April 2019. The accumulated data will be used to improve services in the Island City area, and will also be considered for expansion to other areas.
