Our leasing business can be separated into office buildings, commercial buildings and other buildings. The heart of our operations lies in Tenjin, the center of Fukuoka, but we have also expanded into other parts of the city, Kitakyushu and other areas.

Commercial buildings

In addition to a range of commercial buildings in the Tenjin area, including Tenjin Core Building, Solaria Plaza Building, Solaria Terminal Building, and Solaria Stage Building, Nishitetsu Group owns Chacha Town Kokura, a large shopping mall complex in Kitakyushu, as well as Meitengai shopping arcades at train stations.

Housing Business

We have a long history in the housing industry going back as far as 1911, when one of the forerunners of our company (Fukuhaku Denki Kido) launched a housing business in Fukuoka. In recent years, we have been actively involved in the construction of condominiums, detached houses and new town developments along bus routes/railway lines, as well as a range of other developments throughout Kyushu and the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.

We are also actively involved in condominium renovations. In addition to Econoa, through which we provide renovation services for single condominium dwellings, in June 2013 we completed the first in our SUNLIBERA series of fully renovated condominium buildings.
